Our association with Makhana began over 40 years ago as we ate makhana as a staple food in our childhood. This superfood, hidden from the world, was mostly grown and consumed within the boundaries of Bihar and a few neighboring states in India. It was our vision to take this superfood far and wide and that led to the inception of Pronto Global, a company today dedicated to supply Makhana and other nutritional Indian food products to the world.

We work with various farmer’s groups and FPO, sourcing the choicest quality of Makhana, directly from the farms and exporting it to various countries. Our long-term aim is to provide a global platform to the Makhana cultivators of North Bihar, an area that alone supplies 90% of the Makhana to the world.

Vikram Sinha is the Co-Founder and Partner in the company. Vikram has been successfully running a Mumbai based film production house, Thought Process Films LLP for over a decade. Having produced over 300 brand films, today Thought Process Films boasts of clientele across the world. Vikram has a deep knowledge of Business operations, Brand building and Promotional marketing.
Manish Sinha is the Co-Founder and Partner in the company. He holds a Master Degree in Communication Management from Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication, Pune with specialisation in Advertising Management and has also successfully completed Executive Program in Business Analytics (EPBA) from IIM Calcutta. He has more than 20 years of brand marketing communications experience with top-notch Advertising Agencies like JWT, McCann Erickson, Publicis India and Innocean Worldwide. In his entrepreneurial journey that started about a decade back, he has been successfully running his Advertising and Digital Marketing Agency by the name of Dintamin Solutions.
